Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 30 days of buying a snug server license. Email admin@feltorg.com and include enough information for us to find the purchase.

This policy covers only the amount paid directly to snug for the license. It does not cover hosting, domain, or other third-party costs. After a full refund, the license may no longer be used.

Refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
